How does it work

When you receive a reservation for your apartment, you must be available on your customers’ day and time of arrival.

All you have to do is give the keys of your apartment to our staff.

We will take care of your clients with courtesy and professionalism, providing them the assistance they need and completing the entire check-in process without hassle.

My Keys

The client will come directly in our offices to take the keys of his apartment during the opening hours (10,00 – 21,00).
We will provide him/her all the information he/she may need to get to the accommodation.

My Check-in

This service is available during the opening hours (10,00 – 21,00).
When the guest arrives at our offices, we will take him to his/her accommodation and provide he/she with all the information needed.

My Check-in NIGHT

This service is useful for check-in times out of office hours (21,00 – 24,00).
The guest will be welcomed by our staff directly at the accommodation and he/she will receive every useful information for his/her stay.
